We deliver free of charge within a 20 mile radius of IP1. If you are further afield, a travel fee may apply. 

For private events we require 30 minutes before the booking and 30 minutes after the booking to set-up and collect.

If hiring the bouncy castle we will require 1 hour before the booking.

We require enough space to set up- If you're unsure the venue is big enough please send us pictures of the intended location. We will try and accomodate to your requirements as much as possible.

Only children under 5 allowed.

No shoes.

No food or drinks permitted.

Keep all items within the matted area.

No sharp objects

No face paint.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

We kindly ask that all balls are returned to the ball pit after use.

All equipment is cleaned professionally before delivery and after every booking.

We check all equipent before every booking to ensure it is safe for your little ones to use.

All products are tested once a year in line with UK regulations and we hold public liability insurance which is available upon request. 

Booking deposit

50% deposit will be required to confirm booking. Full Balance is required 2 days before the event for private hires.

Damage/loss/cleaning deposit 

£50 Damage/loss/cleaning deposit is required after booking- this will be refunded after the event within 2 working days after inspection has been carried out. If you hire the bouncy castle this deposit will be £100.
